Premium HEPA & Carbon Filtration allows the Whirlpool® WPPRO2000 to easily tackle even the dustiest and most allergy laden environments. Its primary True HEPA Filter traps 99.97% of airborne allergens, including pollen spores, mold spores, dust, pet dander, and fabric fibers down to 0.3 microns in size. The unit's Activated Carbon Pre-Filter effectively pre-cleans the air filtering out the larger particles and absorbing smoke odors, cooking odors, pet odors, and other common household smells. Whispure's intelligent Auto Mode automatically adjusts fan speeds between low and high or high to low based on your current air quality conditions. Air quality conditions are intuitively detected with the unit's built-in Air Quality Sensor. This smart sensor detects contaminants and pollutants present within the air, including VOCs (volatile organic compounds). Air quality conditions are displayed via an illuminate indicator bar located on the front of the unit. This indicator bar features three different colorways to indicate air quality (red: polluted, yellow: moderate, blue: good). This illuminated bar also doubles as an effective night light that can be dimmed or turned on and off.

Easy to operate advanced electronic controls on the Smart Screen Touch Display Panel are located for quick access on the purifiers top. Four fan speeds let you choose between low, medium, high or Turbo depending on your environmental needs. A convenient programmable timer can be set for 2/4/6 or 8-hours to allow air purification even when your away. The timer also boasts an Auto Off function to save further energy costs. Filter Status Lights feature five stages with the final stage flashing red to alert you that the filters need to be replaced.
