Shipping Rates are as follows:
$0.01 to $30.00 = $6.95
$30.01 to $45.00 = $7.95
$45.01 to $65.00 = $ 9.50
$65.01 to $85.00 = $11.25
$85.01 to $300.00 = $14.50
$300.00 & over = $17.50
