• The de-odor rod actually uses the ionic charges of particles to attract odors and then lock them into the rod:
  • Odors are gaseous fumes made up of moisture clinging to positively charge particles
  • Negatively charged Zeolite particles inside the de-odor rod attract the positively charged fumes
  • Once the fumes contact the Zeolite particles, they bind together and remain inside the de-odor rod

The De-odor rod is a simple and easy solution to remove pet odors. It uses the same Zeolite material used by most air purifiers to eliminate odors. Unlike air purifiers, which generally use a fan to suck air through them, the De-odor rod uses the natural charge of the Zeolite particles to atract and lock in the odors.
