The Vapor Eze Clean Air 5000 Air Cleaner is a tremendous portable air cleaner at a very attractive price.  It starts with a HEPA type filter, which means it can clean the air of tiny particles and allergens.  In addition to the HEPA type filter, it has photo-catalyst filters and a carbon filter which will capture odors, gasses and fumes.  This is particularly useful in autos, where the smog and fumes from other cars can enter the car through its air circulation system.  In addition to those filters, it has an ultraviolet lamp which kills any viruses, germs, bacteria and other living organisms in the air.  The Vapor Eze Clean Air 5000 Air Cleaner is the only portable air purifier we know of that combines HEPA filtration and UV sterilization.  That it can do so at such a low cost is truly remarkable.  For a small office, bedroom, or hotel room it is perfect.  It is also ideally suited to use in autos, especially because it comes with a cigarette lighter adaptor.  Highly recommended.
