The Amaircare Roomaid is a tremendous air purifier for someone who wants to clean the air in their automobile. It offers true HEPA filtration and a three stage filtering process technology which is typically only seen in larger, more expensive air purifiers. Putting all that technology in a product this compact is a feat of engineering. Of course, it doesn't have the power of the larger purifiers - it is not appropriate for use in even a medium sized room. But that is not what it is for. It is perfect for use in a car, where exhaust and smog is a real problem. It is also great for getting the smells such as cigarette smoke out of a car. We encourage using the optional VOC canister if exhaust and cigarette smoke is important to you. The Amaircare Roomaid is also great for traveling, as it fits into a suitcase and excels at capturing the unpleasant odors that are often found in hotel rooms. Highly recommended.
