The Amaircare Roomaid is a tremendous air purifier for someone who wants to clean the air in their automobile. It offers true HEPA filtration and a three stage filtering process technology which is typically only seen in larger, more expensive air purifiers. Putting all that technology in a product this compact is a feat of engineering. Of course, it doesn't have the power of the larger purifiers - it is not appropriate for use in even a medium sized room. But that is not what it is for. We encourage using the optional VOC canister if exhaust and cigarette smoke is important to you. • Replacement pre-filters last six months each. A pack of two provides a total of 1 year's use.
